tftcmerch.io is the official merch store of TFTC. This page explains exactly what information we collect when you shop here, why we collect it, and who it goes to. Short version: we collect what we need to get your order to you, and we never sell your data.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (optional), the items you bought, any order notes, and any coupon code you used.
When you browse: a few small cookies that keep your cart working and record how you found the store (for example, a link from TFTC or a search engine). Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure.
We do not require an account to check out, and we do not run advertising trackers on this store.
Payments
All payments, bitcoin or card, are handled by Zaprite and the payment provider it connects to. We never see or store your card number. We only receive confirmation that your order was paid.
How we use your information
- To process, pack, and ship your order
- To email you order confirmations and shipping updates
- To answer your questions and handle any problem with your order
- To prevent fraud and keep the store secure
- To keep the business and tax records we are required to keep
We will not add you to a marketing list from a purchase, and we never sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the store, and only what each one needs:
- Zaprite, to take your payment
- Our fulfillment partner and ShipStation, to pack your order and create the shipping label
- USPS, to deliver your package
- Hostinger, which hosts and secures this website
We may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies
- Cart cookies (
woocommerce_cart_hash,woocommerce_items_in_cart,wp_woocommerce_session_) remember what is in your cart. - Order source cookies (
sbjs_) note how you arrived at the store, so we know which links bring people here. - Security cookie (
hcdn) is set by our hosting provider to protect the site from bots.
None of these are used for advertising. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but the cart will not work without them.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them to support your order and to meet tax and accounting requirements. Cookies expire on their own, within days to a few months.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will delete everything except the records we are legally required to keep. Just email us and we will take care of it.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
